Sausage flavors ( All sausage must be made in batches of 25 lbs or more). Flavors available: Breakfast, Chorizo, Italian, Spicy Breakfast. Additional ingredients: Jalapeno, Cheese (cheddar or pepper jack) and Green Onion. All specialty ingredients are 50¢/lbs per added ingredient.

Sheep and goat prices are the same as pork.
